Between 2006 and 2010:
- The percent of people in the Cincinnati MSA who were uninsured was fairly stable from 2005 through 2008. In 2009, the percent of uninsured rose from 12.4 percent to 13.4 percent. The percent of uninsured people rose again in 2010, by a smaller amount, to 13.7 percent.
The Census Bureau's Small Area Health Insurance Estimates (SAHIE) program produces estimates of health insurance coverage for states and all counties. Data are available for years 2005 through 2010, as well as 2000, for age, sex, and income categories at the county-level.
